Abstract:

This research paper investigates the effectiveness of computer literacy awareness programs in promoting digital inclusion among diverse populations. Digital inclusion is an essential aspect of modern society, enabling individuals to access, utilize, and benefit from digital technologies. However, disparities in computer literacy skills persist, limiting the participation of certain groups in the digital landscape. This study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to assess the impact of computer literacy programs on various demographic segments.
