Abstract:

Entrepreneurship has emerged as a powerful tool for fostering economic empowerment and sustainable development in economically backward communities. This research paper aims to explore the role of entrepreneurship in driving economic empowerment within such communities. By analyzing the experiences of successful social entrepreneurs, governmentled initiatives, and micro-enterprises, the study assesses the impact of entrepreneurship on job creation, income generation, and community development. The paper also examines the challenges and opportunities faced by entrepreneurs in economically backward regions and offers policy recommendations to support and scale entrepreneurship for inclusive economic growth.
